Organizations need fast results. Beyond wanting coaches to coach one-to-one, they are seeking coaches who can coach their leaders in groups and in teams when faster results are required due to the urgency of their business requirements.

Our Certified Group and Team Program is among the very few in the world that teach group and team coaching as separate and distinct skill set. The requirements, needs and dynamics of groups and teams are different. Coaches need to be adept in both to achieve the right kind of results.
