Why This Program?
The fast-emerging trend of Coaching that is rocking the world requires Personal Coaches to extend their coaching skills beyond one-on-one to coach groups and teams.
Organizations need fast results. Beyond wanting coaches to coach one-to-one, they are seeking coaches who can coach their leaders in groups and in teams when faster results are required due to the urgency of their business requirements.
The ever-changing business landscape requires people to be agile, resilience and innovative, faster. It is no longer ‘the survival of the fittest’, but fast!
Our Certified Group and Team Program is among the very few in the world that teach group and team coaching as separate and distinct skill set. The requirements, needs and dynamics of groups and teams are different. Coaches need to be adept in both to achieve the right kind of results.
