Backed by 30 years of corporate experience in People Building, Global Leadership, Organisational Change Management and Business Transformation, he provides coaching in Leadership Development, Organisational Change and Life Fulfilment.

Focusing on the present and future, with a goal-based holistic approach, he formulates strategies and actions with you, monitor results, provide timely feedback, to help you achieve self-empowerment to attain sustainable high performance and fulfilment.

Highlights of his key achievements in senior management roles with major global and regional corporations, such as Siemens, OCBC Bank and Shell, are:

• As Senior Manager, he had coached and mentored many young talents for success, including Global General Managers in leading Fortunate 500 companies.
• As Talent Development Manager, he implemented Talent and Skill Development framework for over 6,000 staff globally.
• As Delivery Manager, he played key roles in IT Outsourcing and Transformation worth over $1 billion involving over 1000 staff.

After obtaining Certification in Professional Coaching in 2017, Andrew went full time as an Executive Coach. His clients include Malaysia Healthcare Tourism Council (MHTC), CITIBANK, RHB Bank, Shell Business Services, Daimler and Universiti Utara Malaysia.

As a Coach, he is known for his:

• Patient, non-judgmental and trust-worthy approach in helping his clients gain self- awareness and co-create ways forward.
• Ability to quickly and accurately gain a deep understanding of Client’s corporate and career challenges, hence work effectively with clients to attain their goals.

Andrew graduated in 1986 with an Honours Degree in Computer Science from York University, Toronto. As part of his continuous learning journey, he completed Entrepreneur Development Programme from Babson College in 1996, Strategic Business Partnering Programme with IMD in 2011 and most recently Certified Professional Coach with Corporate Coach Academy.
