My name is Victor, and I am the founder and Principal Coach of Visionary Agility – an enterprise agility and leadership consulting practice based in Singapore. Coaching executives and teams for over a decade, I am passionate in helping people and organisations achieve success through lasting, positive change.

Previously, I was Executive Coach and Head of Agile Practice at Sertis, a leading Big Data and AI consulting firm based in Bangkok, Thailand. Prior to Sertis, I was project leader at the National University of Singapore, where I managed space projects totalling $16 million in funding. My proudest achievement there was the successful launch and operations of the Kent Ridge 1 microsatellite – the institute’s very first space programme. Earlier in my career, I was with Barclays and Xilinx in various engineering and project management roles.

I possess good knowledge with large scale production-grade systems, having guided organisations in the development and operation of complex technologies such as big data analytics, spacecraft engineering, high frequency trading, and electronic design automation.

Having experienced the transformational power of coaching first-hand, I find it deeply rewarding partnering my clients in their own journeys of self-discovery. My approach blends appreciate inquiry, purposeful coaching, and systemic modelling, amongst others. In addition, I help executives design large group learning interventions when coaching organisations.

I am a community leader with the Agile Singapore user group and Singapore Chapter Lead with The Open Leadership Network (OLN). I publish and speak actively across industry conferences worldwide. I am fluent in English and Mandarin.
